We want you to love your piece. If something isn’t as expected, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll sort it out.
Exchanges (Argentina)
We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, unused, with tags and in original condition. The first exchange within Argentina has no extra shipping cost.
International orders
For international orders we offer size exchanges subject to availability; round-trip shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. We recommend checking measurements with us on WhatsApp before purchasing.
One-of-a-kind & made-to-measure
Made-to-measure pieces and made-to-order products cannot be exchanged or returned as they are personalized, except for manufacturing defects.
Defects
If your garment arrives with a manufacturing defect, message us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll resolve it with an exchange or free repair.
Right of Withdrawal (Argentina purchases)
If you purchased from Argentina, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason and at no cost, within 10 calendar days of receiving the product (Argentine Consumer Protection Law N° 24.240, art. 34). To exercise it, message us on WhatsApp with your order number: we refund the full amount and arrange pickup of the unused garment in its original condition. This right does not apply to made-to-measure or personalized pieces.
