The piece

Tweed, without the warmth. Woven in cotton rather than wool, it keeps the relief and the irregular stitch of classic tweed, yet it is light and lets the air through. Black and white cross until they read as a living grey, and a blue thread surfaces now and then, when the light comes from the side.

  A tweed woven in cotton rather than wool, made for warm weather. It keeps the irregular stitch and the raised surface of classic tweed, with the slubs of the yarn in plain view, yet it is light and breathes: it can be worn in summer without adding heat. The weave combines black and white yarns that read from a distance as a grey with living texture.

Care

• Dry clean or hand wash cold, without wringing. Dry flat, in the shade. Press on low from the reverse, with a cloth.
