The piece

An Italian linen jacket weighing 245 g/m²: a heavy weight that moves away from lightweight summer linen to provide structure, support the shoulders, and hang straight without losing the fiber’s coolness. It features a shirt collar, a boxy cut, and a length that falls to the hips, designed to be worn open over a shirt. Inside, a green Bemberg cupro lining, the fiber that high-end tailoring reserves for its finest garments, adds that subtle sheen and cool feel that only silk can provide, without actually being silk.

Materiality

  • Exterior · Italian linen

Italian-spun linen, one of the finest in the world, with centuries of craft behind it. This 245 g/m² weight is heavy-linen territory: denser and with more body than lightweight shirting linen, built for structured tailoring that needs to hold its shape. It's the coolest, most breathable fiber there is, made for the heat. Its creases aren't a flaw: they're linen's natural signature, proof that it's authentic and alive.

  • Forro · Cupro Bemberg

A refined fiber regenerated from cotton linter, the fibrils around the seed that the rest of the industry discards. Silky with a quiet sheen, as soft as natural silk; breathable and antistatic, it draws moisture from the body and releases it, so it never clings and keeps the garment cool. It is made in a single mill in Japan, almost waste-free and powered by renewable energy: the lining reserved for fine tailoring.
