Bespoke men's suits in Buenos Aires

Men's suits designed and made to measure in our Buenos Aires atelier. Each suit starts from your measurements and your posture, and is finished on your body during the fittings. The ones you see here came out of this workshop: they show what we do, and yours is designed with you.

How a bespoke suit is made at the atelier

It starts with a conversation at the atelier, at Malabia 1116, by appointment. We look at references, talk about where and how you will wear the suit, and define the design with sketches: the lapel, single or double breasted, the vents, trousers with or without pleats, and the waistcoat if you want it as a three piece.

Then you choose the cloth. At the atelier there are cloth books from Argentine, Italian, French and English mills to see and touch: wools, crepe, satin. When the fabric comes from Italy, it arrives in about two weeks.

From your measurements we cut the pattern and do the fittings: usually two, a baste fitting where we correct the pattern on your body, and a final fitting before delivery. If another one is needed, we do it. Fittings are included.

Wedding and groom suits

It is one of the atelier's most frequent commissions. For a wedding, it is best to start three months ahead: enough time to choose the cloth calmly, do the fittings and reach the date without stress. We also dress the groomsmen and the father of the groom, so the whole group looks considered.

The same goes for guests, graduations, stages and award shows: our suits dressed Milo J at the Gardel Awards.

Timing and price

Making a suit takes between three and five weeks. For a fixed date, we recommend starting at least six weeks ahead. The price depends on the design, the cloth and the finishings, and it is set in the first conversation: you get the quote before we start, with no surprises.

If you don't live in Buenos Aires

We take your measurements over a video call, with our own guide, and we ship across Argentina and abroad. When travel allows, we prefer at least one fitting in person at the atelier.

If you are looking for a finished piece, with a price and shipping, see jackets and blazers and tailored trousers. For the full process, discover our made-to-measure design service or book an appointment.
