The piece

The pleats begin at the shoulder and fall open across the front, like a short cape the garment wears over itself. The 245 gram linen is what holds that gesture: enough body for each pleat to stay where it was set, and enough weight for the volume to fall still rather than float. The algae green shifts with the light because the yarn is dyed before it is woven, and the weave lets two tones alternate. The mandarin collar rises clean, with no lapel. The zip runs down the centre in plain sight and is two-way: it opens from the top or from the hem, so the length falls closed or open at the base depending on how you want to wear it. This one exists and no other. Whoever wears it will be the only person who has it.

Materiality

  • Exterior · Italian linen

Italian-spun linen, one of the finest in the world, with centuries of craft behind it. This 245 g/m² weight is heavy-linen territory: denser and with more body than lightweight shirting linen, built for structured tailoring that needs to hold its shape. It's the coolest, most breathable fiber there is, made for the heat. Its creases aren't a flaw: they're linen's natural signature, proof that it's authentic and alive.

  • Wide sleeve falling straight from the shoulder.
